Pilates
Pilates- Discover the perfect balance in our mat Pilates class for beginners and intermediates. Led by a certified instructor, the session combines foundational exercises with progressive challenges to enhance core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Join us for a harmonious blend of controlled movements and breath work, creating a supportive environment for both newcomers and those looking to deepen their practice. Sculpt your muscles, improve posture, and leave feeling rejuvenated.​

Yoga Flow
We're thrilled to have Denver back on Campus this fall for another yoga session!
Yoga Flow - This class is a great way to increase your flexibility, strength and endurance. Also a great way to decrease stress and anxiety! Please bring your own mat.​

Join us for an 8 week session this fall! The investment for this session is $120 + hst.

Brianne Donegan
GentleFlow, PowerFlow, & Chair Yoga
​Chair Yoga - Experience this gentle form of yoga using a chair while you are seated or for balance. Brianne will guide you through breathing techniques that will center and balance the body and mind, followed by a yoga flow that will leave your body feeling relaxed, loose, and toned. Close the class connecting with your breath through meditation with incorporation of essential oils.​
